Virechana or Virechana Karma is a purification therapy and one among the five sacred, healing therapies of the Panchakarma.
It is a medicated purgation therapy aims at purifying the entire body, It is used mainly for ‘pitta’ disorders. This requires pre and post procedures regimes for proper detoxification, and cleansing.
