These are localized treatments where herbal oils are retained over certain body parts using dough dams.

Greevabasti (Neck Basti):
Warm herbal oil is poured and retained over the neck region using a dough dam.
Conditions: It’s beneficial for neck pain, stiffness, cervical spondylosis, and related musculoskeletal issues.

Katibasti (Lower Back Basti):
Warm herbal oil is poured and held over the lower back area using a dough dam.

Janubasti (Knee Basti):
Warm oil is retained over the knee joint by creating a dough dam.

Nabhi Basti (Navel Basti):
A dough ring is placed over the navel area, and warm oil is poured into it.
